Terms and Conditions for State Coordinator Partnership
1. Appointment
The individual appointed as State Coordinator (“Partner”) will represent PropertiesBuzz within the assigned state and will be responsible for promoting and developing the platform’s presence in that region.
2. Role and Responsibilities

Actively promote PropertiesBuzz among real estate agents, builders, property owners, and potential clients within the assigned state.

Recruit, guide, and support suitable individuals to serve as ” Agents “across all districts in the state.

Ensure consistent communication and coordination with the PropertiesBuzz management team.

Maintain professionalism and integrity while representing the company in all promotional activities.
3. Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

The State Coordinator shall utilize social media, digital platforms, and other marketing tools to generate awareness and leads for Agents of PropertiesBuzz subscribers.

Active participation in digital marketing campaigns, content sharing, and online promotions is required to enhance agent engagement in the assigned state.
4. Network Development

The Partner should be enthusiastic, dynamic, and passionate in building a strong agent network across the state.

Must encourage collaboration among Agents and support them in achieving company goals.

5. Cooperation with Management
-
The Partner agrees to cooperate fully with the management team of PropertiesBuzz in carrying out assigned programs, campaigns, and operational activities.

All instructions and assignments provided by management must be executed in a timely and professional manner.
6. Code of Conduct

The Partner shall maintain ethical business practices and represent PropertiesBuzz positively at all times.

Misuse of company name, logo, or resources for personal or third-party benefit is strictly prohibited.
7. Terms Modification

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of PropertiesBuzz.

The company reserves the right to update, modify, or amend any part of these terms without prior notice.
8. Termination

The partnership may be terminated by PropertiesBuzz in cases of non-performance, misconduct, or violation of company policies.

The Partner may also choose to resign from the role by providing written notice to the management.
