Terms and Conditions – State Coordinator

1. Promotional Responsibility:
   The District  Coordinator must actively promote the PropertiesBuzz website and services throughout the assigned state, increasing brand visibility among agents, builders, and property owners.

2. Recruitment of District Coordinators:
   The District  Coordinator is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and guiding Real estate Industry Partners in each district to ensure effective local representation.

3. Free Listing Service (First Year):
   The partnership includes free property listing services for one year. During this period, it is a non-remunerative role, and no income or financial compensation shall be expected.

4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
   The Coordinator must participate actively in social media and digital marketing efforts to generate leads and support agent activities across the state.

5. Network Building:
   The Coordinator must be enthusiastic, dynamic, and passionate in building a strong network of real estate agents and professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.

6. Cooperation with Management:
   The Coordinator must cooperate with all assignments and directives issued by the PropertiesBuzz management team to support company goals and initiatives.

7. Professional Conduct:
   The Coordinator is expected to represent PropertiesBuzz with integrity and professionalism at all times, maintaining a positive reputation for the brand.

8. Performance & Engagement:
   The Coordinator should maintain regular communication with both District Coordinators and company management, ensuring progress and goal alignment within the state.

9. Terms Modification Clause:
   These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of PropertiesBuzz and may be updated without prior notice.
